The stay at Palacio De Dona Beatriz impressed with its stunning rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views of the volcano. The quiet atmosphere was great for relaxation, and the building's unique architecture created a charming ambiance. Breakfast provided a delightful selection with four options, allowing for a fresh start each day. However, the lack of in-room tea and coffee facilities was disappointing, especially given the long waits at the gated entrance. The pool, while picturesque, was unheated, making it unusable during my visit. The gate security felt a bit cumbersome, as guards required identification every time I entered or exited. Still, the helpful staff made the experience better.

The hotel features a stunning rustic design with attention to detail. The beds were firm and comforting, and the wool blankets provided warmth on chilly nights. The rooftop area was perfect for soaking in the sun and enjoying the view. Breakfast served fresh fruit with each meal and was delightful each morning, a perfect start to our days.
The gated entrance sometimes caused delays, impacting our arrival and departure.
